So long story short. I've liked this boy the whole year. Two months ago we kissed & held hands. But no relationship followed. The boy I like (ben) is a major player. Ben used to text me all the time and latley he's been texting me a little bit. Yesterday me, my twin sister, maggie (best friend) and ben and two other boys were hanging out in patricks basement. Ben was flirting with me a lot. And I kept flirting back, and I mean flirting a lot. So I guess I was leading him on? Well later he was like tickleking me and playing with my hair and trying to hook up with me and I was like stop. & the whole night he was texting my friend maggie about me. Maggie would say " your a flirt" and ben would say " what she is to" and stuff like "ooh she totaly just rejected you" and he said he kinda likes me sorta to her. Also he was wondering why I wouldent hookup with him so maggie said I'm not telling you text her so while we were texting later he said "what do you want to tell me" and I was like " what" and he's like " why we didn't whatever(hookup) earlier" my responce was (this is true) " I used to really like you and I thought I was over you.. guess I m not and I just thought if I did then I would like you a lot" and his resonce " o I see, I don't wanna make you keep liking me. Your funny and cool and I kinda like you but I'm probbaly not gonna ask you out cause its summer ans stuff" so bassically what I'm wondering is did I do the right thing by not hookinh up with him? I've never even hooked up (madeout) with anyone & its summer so I wanna have fun. Any advice? Thanks so much by the way I'm 14
